Kelsey is a creative Nashville native with a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Studies and Theater minor from Union University. Kelsey’s journey includes a wide range of personal and professional experience with the special needs community, hospitalized settings, Kids Ministry, and the performing arts. Her passion is to take each experience and blend them together to create unforgettable programing opportunities for individuals with special needs and a network of support for their families.

Kelsey was exposed to the world of labels, limitations, and in need of a strong support system at the age of four. Her little sister, Courtney, was born with a rare chromosomal abnormality known as DiGeorge Syndrome. While the world gave a long list of all of Courtney’s limitations, Kelsey saw strength, beauty, and unique abilities that ultimately inspired her to create Courtney’s Corner.Kelsey is thrilled to see this dream radiate from her heart to the stage.

Emily is a Lee University graduate with a Bachelors of Science in Disaster Healthcare Missions Management. With over 6 years of experience in Disability Ministry, her passion is to provide an opportunity for those impacted by disabilities to find authentic community and acceptance. She tirelessly works to ensure an atmosphere of respect and care for all individuals, creating a happy and healthy environment. Emily’s enthusiasm for helping others shines through in all aspects of her work at Courtney’s Corner.

Ryan Ashley has a heart for empowering leaders and organizations to reach their goals. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Georgia State University, combined with 3 years of fundraising and event planning experience alongside 8 years in Kids Ministry, she is invaluable to her role as Development Coordinator at Courtney’s Corner. Ryan Ashley is excited to help grow and support the mission of Courtney’s Corner.
